Lucky You

Analytics

Every impression, lead, reward and order is attributed to the campaign that earned it — so “which of my offers is working” becomes a question with an answer.

What does Lucky You report?

Every impression, lead, reward and order, attributed to the campaign that earned it. Per-campaign analytics are on every plan, including Free.

Analytics Page

Can I look at one campaign at a time?

Yes. Analytics are reported per campaign rather than only in aggregate, so a campaign that is quietly failing cannot hide inside a healthy store-wide total.

Campaign Selector

What are the stages of the capture funnel?

Five. Impressions, counted only when something actually appeared on screen. Played, the distinct visitors who engaged, with repeat plays reported separately. Emails, the addresses captured and how many passed OTP verification. Claimed, the codes handed out and which rewards shoppers landed on. And Revenue, the orders placed with a Lucky You code.

The Capture Funnel

What is revenue per 1,000 impressions, and why use it?

It is the revenue a campaign produced for every thousand times it was shown. It is the fairest way to compare two campaigns, because it does not reward one of them for merely having been given more traffic than the other.

Revenue per 1,000 Impressions

Can I trust the percentages when comparing two campaigns?

Yes, because every funnel stage counts distinct visitors rather than events. That is what makes the percentages comparable between campaigns, and it is why no stage can ever exceed 100% — a shopper who plays four times is still one visitor.

Comparing Campaigns

How are bars and plain popups measured differently?

Each kind is measured on what it actually does. A bar reports shown, clicks, click rate and dismissals. A popup that gives nothing away shows a dash under Claimed rather than a zero, because it never had a reward to hand out and a zero would read as failure.

How Each Kind Is Measured

How is revenue attributed to a campaign?

Through Shopify order webhooks. An order placed with a Lucky You discount code is traced back to the campaign that issued that code, so revenue is reported per campaign rather than as one number you have to take on faith.
