Five steps from installing the app to a live widget on your storefront.
Installs Lucky You into your Shopify store and connects it to your admin so you can configure and manage your campaigns.
“App keeps redirecting”
Your Shopify session expired — log in again.
“App not opening”
Make sure you installed it on the correct store.
A plan defines how many times Lucky You can be shown to visitors (impressions) during each usage cycle.
“Plan changed but app still shows the old one”
Shopify approval or sync may take a short time.
“Annual plan but impressions reset monthly”
This is expected behaviour — billing and impression cycles are separate systems.
This controls whether Lucky You is allowed to appear on your storefront.
“Everything is set up but the widget isn't showing”
The theme app embed is not enabled.
“App stopped showing”
The theme changed, or the embed was disabled.
Determines how your game configuration is created — automatically or manually.
“My setup changed after switching mode”
Quick Setup regenerated the configuration. Review your setup after switching.
Publishing makes your configuration active and allows it to run on your storefront.
“I published but nothing shows”
Check the theme app embed and your impression capacity.
“Changes not visible”
The setup was not re-published.
