Campaigns

A campaign is one complete offer — its own game, rewards, look, audience, schedule and trigger. This is how several of them coexist without fighting each other.

What is a campaign in Lucky You?

A campaign is one complete offer: its own game, its own rewards, its own look, its own audience, its own schedule and its own trigger. Everything that decides what a shopper sees belongs to the campaign, which is why two campaigns can differ in every respect and still run on the same store at the same time.

What a Campaign Is

How does Lucky You decide which campaign a visitor sees?

Campaigns are checked from the top of the list downwards, and the first one that fits a visitor is the one they see. Dragging a campaign higher makes it win against anything below it that targets the same people, so the order of the list is how you express priority between offers that overlap.

Drag to Reorder

Why is one of my campaigns never showing to anyone?

Most likely a campaign above it already matches the same visitors, so the resolver never reaches it. Lucky You detects this: if a campaign can never show for that reason, the campaign list says so and names the campaign responsible. It is worth acting on, because a campaign in that state is not underperforming — it is unreachable. Conflict detection is on every plan, including Free.

Conflict Warnings

What is the difference between draft, running and paused?

A campaign exists as a draft until you turn it on, and drafts are never shown to anyone. Running means it is live and eligible to be matched against visitors. Paused means it is kept exactly as you left it but excluded from matching. Only running campaigns count against your plan's running limit, so pausing a campaign frees a slot without losing any of its configuration.

Draft, Running and Paused

How many campaigns can I run at once?

One on Free, three on Starter, six on Growth, twelve on Pro, and unlimited on Scale. Drafts and paused campaigns never count against that limit, and neither do A/B variants or the coupon reminder — a test is one offer, and the reminder is not an offer at all. A second and much higher limit caps how many campaigns you can have saved in total: three on Free, ten on Starter, twenty-five on Growth, sixty on Pro and unlimited on Scale. The two limits are separate on purpose, so you can always build a campaign you cannot yet activate.
