What do the Lucky You plans cost?
Free is $0 with 500 impressions and one running campaign. Starter is $8 a month with 4,000 impressions and three. Growth is $15 with 20,000 and six. Pro is $29 with 70,000 and twelve. Scale is $79 with 200,000 impressions and unlimited running campaigns. No card is required to install.
Plan Selection
What is the difference between running and saved campaigns?
Running campaigns are the ones live on your storefront, and that is the number your plan prices. Saved is how many campaigns you may keep in total, drafts and paused ones included, and it is deliberately several times higher: three on Free, ten on Starter, twenty-five on Growth, sixty on Pro, unlimited on Scale. Every feature gate is build-only, so you can always build a campaign you cannot yet activate.
Running vs Saved Campaigns
Which features come with which plan?
Starter adds announcement bars, the teaser tab, scheduling, auto-end after a number of winners, exit-intent and scroll triggers, and impression add-ons. Growth adds device, page and URL targeting, multi-step capture, A/B testing including the game, and integrations with delivery logs. Pro adds visitor type, traffic source and skip subscribers. Everything else — all three games, every theme, the plain email popup, the coupon reminder, a unique code per winner, OTP verification, shared reward pools, lead export, per-campaign analytics, the simulator and conflict detection — is on Free.
Feature Availability by Plan
How is Lucky You billed?
Through Shopify, on your Shopify invoice. Because Shopify handles the charge, every plan change has to be approved there before it takes effect in the app.
Monthly Billing
Is annual billing cheaper, and does it change my impressions?
Annual billing is 20% cheaper per month, and it does not change your impression allowance. Billing cycles and impression cycles are separate systems: the price moves, the monthly reset does not. An annual plan whose impressions reset monthly is working as intended.

When does an upgrade take effect?
Immediately, once you approve it in Shopify. If your app still shows the old plan shortly afterwards, the Shopify approval or the sync has not finished yet.
Upgrade Plan
When does a downgrade take effect?
At the end of the current cycle, not immediately — so you keep what you have paid for until it runs out.
Downgrade Plan
Will I lose my campaigns if I downgrade?
No. Nothing is ever deleted. Campaigns that use a feature the new plan does not include are paused, and campaigns beyond the new running limit are paused. Everything stays exactly as you left it, and un-pausing is one click after upgrading again.
What a Downgrade Pauses
Why does the app show two plans at once?
Because a plan change you have started is not the same as one that has taken effect. The current plan is what you are on now; a pending plan is one waiting on Shopify's approval, or a downgrade waiting for the cycle to end.
Current vs Pending Plan
Is my billing date the same as my impression reset date?
No, and they are not meant to be. Billing renewal and the impression cycle are separate systems that run on their own clocks. This is most visible on annual billing, where you are charged once a year and your impressions still reset roughly every 30 days.
