How does Lucky You capture an email?
The shopper enters their address as part of the flow, and every captured email records the campaign that earned it. Capture works the same way whether the campaign is a game or a plain popup.

Are the emails I collect real?
They can be. Optional OTP verification sends a 6-digit code with a 10-minute expiry, and the address has to be confirmed before the discount code is issued. That ordering is the point: a typo or a throwaway address never earns a reward, so it never reaches your list. OTP verification is on every plan, including Free.

What if the verification code does not arrive?
It can be resent, and the replacement carries a fresh 10-minute expiry. If codes are consistently not arriving, the address is usually mistyped or the message is being filtered — which is the outcome verification exists to catch.

Does Lucky You collect phone numbers?
Only if you turn it on, and only with consent. Phone capture is off by default and skippable by the shopper, and a number is stored only against a consent box that starts unticked. Lucky You never subscribes anyone to SMS on your behalf.

Where do I see the emails I have captured?
On the Leads page. Every lead carries the campaign that earned it, along with whether the address passed OTP verification, so the list is not just addresses but addresses with provenance.

Can I see which campaign captured which lead?
Yes. Every email records the campaign that earned it, and leads can be filtered and exported by campaign — so the leads a specific offer produced can be treated separately from the rest.

Can I export my leads?
Yes, as CSV, and the export respects whatever filter you have applied — including filtering by campaign. Lead export is on every plan, including Free, so your list is never held hostage by your plan.
