Which games can I run?
Five: Spin wheel, Plinko, Slide, Card reveal and Scratch card, with 76 ready-made styles between them. A campaign picks one, which means a different game can run on phones than on desktop, and returning visitors need not see the same thing twice. All five are on every plan, including Free.

Can I switch a campaign between a popup and a game?
Yes, with one control, in either direction. The campaign keeps its identity when you do — the same leads, the same history, the same settings — so testing whether a game beats a plain ask never means starting the campaign over.

How many wheel styles are there?
The wheel has sixteen: ten permanent styles plus six seasonal occasions. Plinko has fourteen, Slide and Card reveal fifteen each, and Scratch card sixteen. None of them require you to upload anything to look finished, and every style is available on every plan, including Free.

Can I set the odds of each prize?
Yes — you set the probability of each reward yourself. Every outcome is decided server-side, so the odds cannot be tampered with from the browser: a shopper cannot inspect the page, edit anything, and improve their own chances.

How is Plinko configured?
Plinko is configured as reward tiers with thresholds rather than as slices. The ball drops, lands in a tier, and the tier decides the reward. It has its own themes and its own sounds.

How does Slide work?
Slide is a case-opening strip: it opens straight on the strip, spins and lands on the prize. Each reward is a card with its own icon and rarity. Its old “pick a mystery case” first act is now a game of its own, Card reveal.

How does Card reveal work?
Three to five cards are dealt, shuffled and picked. The pick turns over to show the prize, and the other cards turn to show your other prizes, never invented ones. It has fifteen styles. The server decides the prize; the pick only decides where it is drawn.

How does Scratch card work?
Shoppers scratch real-looking foil with a finger or a mouse, the prize shows through as they go, and the card reveals itself at about half scratched. It has sixteen styles and a Reveal button for keyboard and screen-reader shoppers. Stores that don't use it download none of its code.

Do the games have sound?
Yes. Each game has its own sound, alongside its styles and colours.
